Long Island Top Guns Mission Statement

Long Island Top Guns has been established to provide a high competitive level of lacrosse for girl student-athletes across the Island.

We provide a World Class coaching staff, in order to give each student-athlete guidance on and off the field. Our coaching staff has a variety of experience from the World Cup and College level. The Staff is proud to include Division I National Champions, All-Americans in high school, and youth program to high school coaches.

Our philosophy here at the Long Island Top Guns is to give each student-athlete a competitive atmosphere of lacrosse in which each player will have the opportunity to learn all the knowledge the coaching staff has to offer and thrive in the sport. We want our players to leave our program not only as better lacrosse athletes, but also as better students and individuals. Our promise to the players is players will leave our program with a better understanding of pride, respect, commitment, the true meaning of friendship and family, organizational skills, courage, responsibility and dedication.

Our program will also provide an equal opportunity for each student-athlete in the college recruiting process. Each player will have the ability to talk to and be guided by some of the top recruits in the country in their time.
